Who processes your data

What we collect
First and last name, email address, phone number, your appointments and any notes you add when booking. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
Why we use it
Only to book and deliver your treatments, send confirmations and reminders, and contact you about your appointments. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent you give when signing up and on performing the service you booked, in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active. On request, your account and all data are permanently deleted, except what we are legally required to keep.
Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies for login and security (session). We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, withdraw consent and file a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
